Pre-production Confirmation
Before production begins, we confirm all key product details with customers and partner factories.
This includes product specifications, materials, dimensions, fabric options, filling materials, labels, packaging requirements, carton marks, and approved samples.

In-production Follow-up
During production, we maintain communication with partner factories and follow up on production progress.We monitor production schedules, material availability, workmanship consistency, and order status to reduce potential delays and production issues.

Product Inspection
Before shipment, products are checked according to customer requirements and approved specifications.Inspection items may include dimensions, appearance, fabric quality, filling consistency, workmanship, stitching, labeling, and product functionality.

Packing Verification
Packaging is checked before shipment to ensure compliance with customer requirements.We verify packaging methods, labels, carton marks, barcode placement, quantity per carton, and shipping marks.

Pre-shipment Inspection
Before shipment, inspection can be arranged based on customer requirements.Inspection may cover product appearance, dimensions, workmanship, packaging, labeling, quantity, and carton condition.

Container Loading Check
Before shipment departure, loading conditions can be checked to ensure products are packed correctly and cartons are handled properly.Loading verification helps reduce transportation risks and ensures shipment accuracy.
